Dragon is familiar, but Microdoc is closer to how the clinic actually works: note, letter, secretary review, sign-off.

PMS dictation sounds convenient until you are trying to fix letters after a full clinic. Microdoc gives us a better starting point.

For simple notes, built-in dictation can be fine. For consultant letters, I would want a proper documentation workflow.

The deciding question for us is turnaround without losing control. Microdoc is ahead on that.
